The Red Snap’r “Horse Fence with Horse Sense” is a simple but very effective way to put up an equine fence. Put your waratahs in the ground and a wood post in each corner, cover them with plastic sleeves, attach the fittings and the tape. The 40 mm tape we supply has a very open weave which lets the wind through and, hence, does not flap in the wind. Should you want to make hay or shift the fence, just roll up the tape, take the sleeves off the waratahs and the posts and erect the fence at the place of your choice.
You will be proud of your Red Snap'r equine fence because it is safe and has that beautiful "White Rail" Look. In addition, it is cost effective to install and requires little maintenance after setup. RED SNAP'R HORSE FENCING INSTRUCTIONS
| Post Selection and Spacing: | Use wood posts with 4" white vinyl sleeves at corners, gates and all tensioning points. Warratah posts with 2" white vinyl sleeves can be used for line posts. Recommended post spacing is 12 feet, not to exceed 15 feet. Some applications ay require additional wood posts for tensioning at the top and bottom of hills and for 300 to 400 foot long runs of fence.

| Number of Strands: | Four strands equally spaced provide the optimum strength and the most attractive fence design. For mares and geldings, many users install three strands with good results. For stallions, foals and along busy roads, a minimum of four or five strands is strongly recommended.

| Gates: | In planning your fence setup, locate gates for easy accessibility to barns, stables and pastures. At each gate opening use a RED SNAP'R poly tape gate kit

| Energiser Selection: | For best operating results we recommend you use a RED SNAP'R mains or solar powered energiser. Be sure to follow the installation instructions, paying particular attention to good earth connections. |
