- Orders received before 2 p.m. will be dispatched the same 

  day provided payment has been received or arrangements  

  have been made.
- As a general rule orders will be sent to you by courier; in

  exceptional cases NZ Post is being used.
- For orders exceeding a total of $ 300 the freight charges are

  paid by us
- For deliveries to rural addresses please add $ 4.50

2. Repair Service

- Depending on the product, the warranty is valid either for

  one or two years
- Please send all items that require repair to the following

- All repairs are carried out free of charge the same   

  day the product arrives. It will be returned the same day.  

  For items covered under warranty spare parts and freight

  charges to return the item are paid by us. For repairs 

  outside warranty only spare parts and freight will be charged.

We do not charge for labour!

- Quotations for repairs will be submitted free of charge
