1. Processing of Orders
- Orders received before 2 p.m. will be dispatched the same day provided payment has been received or arrangements have been made
- As a general rule orders will be sent to you by courier; in exceptional cases NZ Post is used.
- For orders exceeding a total of $ 300 the freight charges to the North and South Island of New Zealand are paid by us.
- For deliveries to rural addresses (R.D.) please add $ 4.50
- Freight for Solar Kits to rural addresses is excluded and has to be discussed with us.
2. Repair Service
- Depending on the product, the warranty is valid for either one or two years
- Please send all items that require repair to the following address:

- All repairs are carried out free of charge the same day that the product arrives. They will be returned the same day.
- For items covered under warranty, spare parts and freight charges to return the item are paid by us. For repairs outside warranty only spare parts and freight will be charged.
- We do not charge for labour!
- Quotations for repairs will be submitted on request free of charge
